Tennis Footwork Video Part 2
I thought I'd post another tennis footwork drill for you to have a look at.
It goes with the previous video (as you will see) and will really help your on court tennis movement.
This may look easy but until you have done it a few times it can seem pretty difficult.
If you are talking about footwork for tennis then performing these drills on a regular basis will really get you up to speed - no pun intended!!
